Hi Kathleen,My garden buddy. I was working in the garden he climbed into the pot to watch me! Bear is my constant companion at every meal.Thank you for giving this puppy such a good start.One thing we have noticed about him that loud noises don't seem to bother him.He his so secure.He is so sweet and loving and we adore him! Hi Kathleen,
When we left you said you love photos of your puppies. Tucker is a very smart and great dog. He lives up to his name, he loves to eat. He is dominated my the cat, but they tend to get along. That was our biggest concern. He loves going to the beach and has just started going into the water. He goes in up to his belly then just goes crazy and runs around. He is very happy. Attached is a photo of him now. Thanks for letting us have him! He is bringing so much joy into our home.

I was just thinking that I wanted to drop you a line to tell you how thankful we are for our puppy, Rangeley.
He is such an incredible dog! He already passed his puppy preschool. He is almost 6 months old.
He is so smart, gentle, and loving. He really is amazing.
He was even super easy to house train and crate train.
We bring him to the Stanford campus all of the time and he gets so much attention there.
He goes to all of my son's soccer and baseball games and he stays calmly with us on the sidelines.
He rides around in his crate in the car with us to most places that we go.
He has added so much to our family. We feel so thankful.
He brings us joy every day!
I really can not thank you enough.
He is the love of our family!
We are stopped on the sidewalk all the time with questions about where we got him from and we are
always recommending you all!

I just wanted to keep in touch. I look at your website every day to see what our little “Sophie” is going to look like when she is grown. We just love her to pieces. I didn't realize that Lady Bird and Arnold are her grandparents. What wonderful lineage! I would have loved to see Arnold. He’s gorgeous. Sophie is doing well. I have taught her to sit, lay down, go to your mat and “give me five” already. She’s a smart little thing! I am enrolling her in Puppy Kindergarten as soon as she has her last parvo. (Counting the days!) I’m having some trouble house training her though. She wants to pee in her crate. We’re working on it though. She’ll get it, as smart as she is. I wanted to send you a couple of pictures of her.

We had our vet, Dr. Heidi Hillary in Cameron Park, check out ‘Doug’ yesterday. She checked his hips, knees, tummy, heart and says he is perfect. She is going to do another check in 3 weeks for worming.

It's been a while, but thought you would like an update on Dixie. She is the BEST!!! Affectionate, smart, funny, just a blessing. We started puppy class, and who is the most over exuberant in the bunch? That's right, my "little" girl. She is 4 1/2 months old now and weighs 38 lbs. She is always so thrilled to meet new people, any new people, such a source of joy for us. Here is a recent picture. Feel free to post it if you like! I almost feel like Kramer's name should be "OMG"! I can't tell you how many of my friends have responded with OMG, he is the cutest puppy ever!!!!
hope you are all doing well and that Lady Bird is ok with her disappearing litter. kramer had his first appointment at the vet today and he looks great. he is starting to go the bathroom outside more, and is enjoying being in his crate in the car. he rides to school with us in the morning and afternoon. he is truly amazing.

We picked up TJ a week ago today...... I just wanted you to know how much we love him already and that he has adjusted wonderfully to his new home. If you had asked me the first day to describe him I would of told you he was docile and cuddly. Today I would describe him as active, playful, curious and cuddly......did I mention ACTIVE? You would have to be a robot to not laugh at him when he prances around with his toys in his mouth....especially when he has Deja's (which are clearly way too big for him.)
It was a nervous first few days as Deja (our 8 1/2 year old golden) adjusted to him. BUT I am thrilled to report they are now fast friends. In fact they are both at my feet sleeping together as I write this.
Thank you so much for making the entire process a delight. We felt bonded to him before we brought him home due to your weekly updates and pictures. I will send you pictures of him in return. Did I mention that he has got to be the cutest puppy other than Deja we have ever seen?

Dear Kathleen and Al, Thank you so much for Chardonay. I love her a lot x 1,000,000. She can get on our nerves though. Mom gets mad at her every time Chardonay pees on the floor or carpet. Chardonay is my b.f.f. best friend forever. She is so cute, but my Dad said she isn't as cute in the middle of the night. We are training her well. She has learned sit and stay, kind of. Just a follow up on Makayla's email... Having a puppy has been an amazing learning experience for all of us. Chardonay keeps us on our toes, but we just love her. Of course, we got the best of the litter . She's a smart cookie. She is already learning command words like sit and stay. I know she knows the meaning of the word "no", but she does her best to ignore us when we use that word. She is growing so fast. She is already of 20 lbs! Just wanted to let you know how things are going. She's a great puppy! I'll try to send you a picture in the next few weeks.

Wanted to let you know the vet visit went very well, she got a clean bill of health. We are scheduled to go back in a few weeks for her next shots. She really did well in the car last night. She did get sick just a tiny bit, but only as we were pulling into the driveway after the long drive. She is doing wonderfully over here, she is very mellow and loves to just be in the room with us at our feet. In fact, we put her crate right next to our bed last night and she slept the whole night through and even waited until we were ready to get up. We bought here a duck throw toy and she loves it (she photo). She has been faithfully retrieving it for us everytime it is thrown. It is so cute. Thank you so much, this is the sweetest dog ever. Daisy is doing so great! She has really caught onto our schedule quickly and is doing so well with the crate training.I have a few photos to share.Sorry for the quality...I've been taking so many photos with my phone. I must take 3 a day of her.The first one is my husband doing her first nail clipping. It was so sweet she sat calmly in his lap the entire time and let do each paw. Everyone has been telling me that I have such a great dog after seeing that photo.

Kathleen & Al, Tyler's vet's appt. this morning went very well. Everyone at the vet's office went crazy over him including his doctor. Tyler was so well behave, a little nervous but so mellow very, very healthy puppy. I just want to thank you both for doing such a great job. I am very pleased and happy with my puppy; even my husband (who is not a dog person) is falling in love with him and is enjoying Tyler's company. The first night went ok. Tyler whined but quieted down eventually. I thought you might want to see how Tyler is doing after he left your home. I'm not a good photographer but here are some of his pictures.

Enclosed are pictures of Ember taken today, she has settled in very nicely, we have no problem at night with her and she is growing by the day.
She is a complete minx, into everything and chewing everything and anyone in sight, but that is what puppies do. She is very friendly to everyone and has enjoyed the attention of visitors.

Well the wait is finally over! We have a puppy now from Arnold! I had a hard time deciding because I really wanted a boy, but little Missy just won my heart and eyes. Her new name is Corona.........I let my husband name her because he always wanted Cali's name to be Corona. I call her Corona Light or Little Cornita! LOL She is so precious we just love her. Cali is doing really well with her too, as you can see by the pictures it has brought out a playful side of Cali that I haven't seen in a while.
I can't thank you enough for your patience and understanding through these past several years! You have gone way beyond your duty to accommodate the Muat's and myself. I truly appreciate your generosity and your kindness so very much. When ever I tell anyone how I came across this puppy, I don't hesitate to lavish all the intention on how remarkable, and kind the owner of the stud has been.
I am hoping to maybe Show, little Corona, if all works out. I really would like to get some champions back in Cali's line, wish us luck and I will keep you posted. I might have to get my boy from one of your daughters litters one day! Once we recover from this puppy stage that is!
Maybe we can see you this summer while we are in the mountains again. Between the Muats and us, we will have quite the beautiful pack of Golden's up there in our Cabin Tract. I am sure we will turn some heads!

I just wanted to give you an update on our little girl Lotus.
She is absolutely wonderful. She fits into to our family perfect. If I am home she is with me. She sleeps with me. She walks with me. She is the best puppy ever! Thank you so much for allowing us to have her in our life.
She is very smart and loves to learn. We are teaching with the positive re-enforcement method of training and she is learning fast. We work and play with her daily.
She is growing fast and weighs almost twenty pounds now. She loves to run and then flop down on her belly in the grass. She chases moths and attacks the dandelions. She is very beautiful loving and sweet. She loves to please us and spend time with us.
She has brought and endless amount of love and joy to our home.
